About Our Report System

Our report system is divided into the 8 major elements of the property.  Each of the 8 sections contains a list of systems to be examined and potential defects in those systems.

Each element is numerically listed, 1.0 - 8.0, for quick reference and ease of use. A summary is provided in the front of the report highlighting the principal issues concerning the property.
